Lennys Grill & Subs Named to FBR’s Franchisee Satisfaction Award List
Franchise Business Review’s rankings are based on franchise owner satisfaction and performance, showcasing brands with superior value and potential
Lennys Grill & Subs sandwich franchise owners are an enthusiastic group, and small wonder. They’re part of a vibrant, energized brand poised for rapid growth, and they are benefiting from a renewed focus on operations, marketing and other core business strategies.
They’re also eager to share their pleasure about Lennys, which is why the brand finds itself on Franchise Business Review’s Franchisee Satisfaction Award list for the 2nd year in a row. This grouping, which is compiled using only franchise owner satisfaction and performance data, is a true barometer of a brand’s business model and direction, says Kevin Martin, President and CEO.
Owner satisfaction carries through to operations
“We are always pleased to see Lennys on rankings of solid, strong franchise brands,” Martin says. “Even so, the Franchise Business Review honor is very special because that’s based on input provided by Lennys franchise owners themselves. That kind of ‘from the source’ review tells anyone watching our brand that we’re doing it right, and it also tells me and the management team that we’re providing the resources and opportunities that our franchise owners want and need to continue their growth.”
The Franchisee Satisfaction Awards are based on surveys of 30,000 franchise owners from more than 330 brands. They are then broken down into the top 50 in four size classes. Lennys received its ranking in the medium, or 65 to 120 locations, group.
FBR ranking examines hundreds of brands
“Our franchise owners are very much our partners, and their thoughtful and innovative approach to everything from operations to customer service drives us to continue improving,” Martin says. “Their input and their success are helping to propel Lennys to the next level.”
